What I want to do today is something I should’ve done a long time ago…
I want to find out what YOU need help with, and then provide a solution that’s catered directly to you – as well as others who may be facing the same thing. So please help me to do this effectively by reading this post and responding to it in the comments section with YOUR dilemma, questions, etc.

Firstly – Why Am I Doing This?
Because I have an obligation – as well as a vested interest – in having my customers actually succeed with the instructions and methods I teach in internet marketing courses and on the site in general.
Also, KrisMainieri.com is currently being scaled up behind the scenes as an authority site, with a major project already under way…

I want to make sure that these things directly address the problems, questions and potential “hang-ups” that you’re currently dealing with (although that doesn’t mean I won’t answer your specific question that you ask today, for free – I WILL – keep reading…)
In addition to this, I also want to make sure that I’m actually focusing my blog updates and newsletters on topics, issues and solutions that are relevant to YOUR needs & goals.
Simply put – help me help you.
Now, I don’t want to sound arrogant, or come across as being some all-knowing “affiliate god”. I’m really just a kid who’s fascinated by all this and is just at the beginning of his own journey as well.
Yeah, I’ve had some successes and I generally think that I’ve mastered a FEW of the available affiliate marketing strategies – but I’m nowhere near my long-term goals and I’m still learning a lot as each day passes. So what this question/answer event will also do is help to create my own action plan as an affiliate myself.
Reason being, I truly enjoy helping others achieve success, and this is the one niche I actually, personally give a damn about – which means that even though my bread and butter is made in outside niches, everything I do as a marketer has two purposes for me:
1. Obviously to build my business assets and income
2. And also to provide a basis for creating more FACT-BASED content for KrisMainieri.com

I’ve been active in a certain niche for 6 months now and really have not much to show for it.
I have three mini-sites built, and for each of them I’ve built backlinks by submitting to web directories, submitting articles and with reciprocal links.
I built the sites with Joomla.
They all basically get the same amount of traffic (20 visitors a day, average), and I’m lucky if I see a sale a week – and that’s from ALL the sites combined.
My question is this – how do I know if I’m in the wrong niche? And what’s the “indicator” for knowing when to abandon a niche or not?
It’s frustrating and part of me feels that either I’m doing something wrong, or the niche just isn’t profitable.

Karen here, and I am having troubles, with my Browser, I have been using I “THINK”, Internet Explorer8 Optimized for yahoo, as I'm a Paying member of sbcglobal.net. Okay. When I open a tab, no problem, then if I open a Window without a Tab, oh dear, they all shut..!! For months I've had this happen, it's drivin me mad..lol not really I was to begin with, but anyway, is there something I can do, for I've tried everything and nothing is working, Now I'm not totally computer literate but not illiterate either, so this is just silly but I'm getting to the point, of throwing across the room, <Not Really>. If you have any ideas, I'd sure love to hear a few? THANKS FOR THIS TOO…GOOD IDEA..:)

I need to learn how to become a better affiliate marketer. There's a lot of opportunity as well as competition and I want to get involved. I also need to become a better wordpress.org creator. I don't know a great deal but I need to learn.

I'm still a newbie with about one year experience, have 12 blogs,use SEO exclusively, and use Adsense and some affiliates on my sites. Hardly any of my affiliate offers have converted, so I started using a landing page to pre-sell visitors on the offer. Just strarted trying to build a list for each niche blog. But so far have put up only two.
So where I am now is trying to convert better and really learning how to manage my email lists. I still get hung up on various techie hurdles–simple problems if you know how to make things work properly, but really frustrating if you don't know how to to do them.

I guess my biggest problem is I can't seem to get traffic to my websites. This also seems to be most online marketers' issue but I have tried and tried again with so so many programs to drive traffic to my website that I think I have exausted all the programs that are out there.
To mention a few traffic generating methods is ppc, free ads, craigs list, email lists, Peter Drew's EVO2 software, and many websight linking programs. And with all these programs I haven't been able to generate much traffic.
Any suggestions?

Here's the situation… I have a site that gets 100 visits/day. It's a fitness related niche and I'm the 5th result on the first page of Google. Problem is I'm only getting two or three affiliate sales per month. I know I need to create an email list and focus on just one or two affiliate programs. A squeeze page might help me out too. The site is http://www.IsometricExerciseSite.com and if you Google “isometric exercises” you'll probably see it as the 5th result. I've been resistant to building an email list because I don't have time to set up an autoresponder series

Thanks for the GOM Player link. I downloaded the GOM Player and uninstalled the Real Player v10.5 and still cannot view your video/audio or Jani's without it starting and stopping every 2-3 seconds. The “pin wheel” start's and then stops but never runs continuously. I am using Firefox 3.5 Browser, Win 2000 Pro Sp4 O.S. Also, I attempted to download Jani's link and the pdf file will not download completely. I am not having these issues with other pdf files. Here's Jani's link:

Been trying for 1 year now and of course have nothing to show for it, blew my entire life savings trying to make this internet thing work, but I'm like 99.999% of the people who try this, we fail. However, looking on the bright side of things I do have a complete social network set up, 3 twitter accounts, with thousands of follwers, my space and facebook accounts with hundreds of followers, 6 blogs running, expert status with 2 article submission services, including ezinearticles, and several affiliate sites with thousands of blacklinks attached to them.
I'll make this short, I actually have all day to work on this, so thats a plus. I'm not looking to be a millionaire, a few thousand a month, not a day, a month would suit me just fine. I know its completely attainable. So what am I doing wrong? I'll put my main company website below, it has all my sites and personal info. Take an objective look if you can and tell me what exactlly I'm doing wrong, because its obviously something, just not sure what. My Problems are with getting traffic and ranking so that people will read my blog, check out my sites. I advertise good nature friendly health and money savings products, have free ebooks and free knit and crochet instructions. No money! And I won't even give Paypal my new account information because I want them to stay out of my personal account because of the fees it cost me.

I'm stuck with getting Clickbank Sales. I'm getting 100's of views to my ads, but my Clickbank account always has a line of 0's. My links are correct, so I'm not getting any conversions.

Thanks for taking the time to answer my question.I have been on the internet marketing boat since about 2007 off and on of course.I set myself up with one of those free websites all I had to do was pay for a year of hosting through Mid-Phase hosting.
As you can tell since I am asking you a question this did not work.I got no traffic at all.I even paid an extra $49 for this program that would submit my site to all the top search engines,guaranteed to work I was told.
I got nothing! Not one person on my site,nothing!
Needless to say this turned me off of affiliate marketing for a few months.
After that few months off I decided to try again.So I bought an ebook called Project Black Mask.They had a real good sales page which I got caught up in and resulted in me buying the ebook.Great for them but more frustration for me.The book was well done,well written, the only problem was that you needed a good chunk of change to generate some income from most of the techniques,not all but most of them and I didn't have that.
This then lead me on the Adsense road.I set up a few blogs and tried to get content on their hopefully somehow getting traffic and maybe genrating some adsense sales.Again no traffic,no money.
I guess my question would be,if you were just starting out with a new site and you wanted to get traffic to it,how would you do it,where would you start? Thanks again!

Im fairly new to this and ive been given a million methods by a million people,(slight exag) but thats what it feels like.
I need something that sets me up walking, i get many emails along the lines of… how i made a million in 18 months copy the method now or make 10k in a week etc
I would be happy to make £100 a day at the moment with something simple and straight fwd so please Kris if you do genuinely know a simple method to start me off on the track please fill me in.

Ive tried quite a few things like simple cpa programmes that promise £50-£100 day but the ones ive tried just dont work (its not me) they just dont work and im sick to death of bullshit man.
Its everywhere i must get 50 bullshit emails to every decent 1 and its a pain in the ass trying to work through them to find one of real use.
I mean i get emails from guys telling me they can make me rich when they havnt got a pot to piss in themselves? If they havnt made the cash how can possibly show me? IT IS A BALL ACHE.
I currently run my own company (not marketing) and i also average £1k per week on ebay for extra cash. I was thinking i could show anyone how to make cash on ebay bcause i know how to do it and i am doing it if that makes sense, i dont know if i can sell how to get rich as a successful Internet marketeer cuz im not one, hope it makes sense.

I'm a web application developer and Internet Marketer who is putting the final touches on a unique web-based software tool for Internet Marketers. This is an extensive project that has taken several years to complete, and I honestly feel that it could be a major success if it is launched and marketed properly.
My question – how do I, a relative unknown, go about approaching big time Internet Marketing “gurus” about becoming affiliates or JV partners?
I have been advised to start by marketing it myself (i.e. with AdWords) to optimize my sales funnel and to get conversion statistics to prove the worthiness of the product.
I'd love to hear your opinion.

hiya kris,oh yes im stuck ive got no money lol, really,next i need good solid info about setting up web sites and uploading pages and items, once ive done that i can then worry about traffic.ive paid bob the teacher for his videos but will have to wait until i get a bit of cash to get the videos at the very starter level,so i dont really think there is much you can do on this occasion,it is nice that you want to though so thank you and i will get past it soon im sure,in a way the challenge is good fun although very frustrating,im not a marketer im unemployed have a dodgy back and just thought one day that i would try having a go and i stay up half the night doing this n that but hey ive got nothing better to do lol.nice talking to you it stops me going insane for a few minutes lol.i must admit there have been a lot of nice people getting in touch,i know mostly they want to sell something or other but some come across as very good genuine people.anyway my typing finger is tired now lol will talk again sometime.john

I have a problem with conversion,lots of sign ups and just 2-3 sales a month. I use banners,emails,safe lists,my own list,giveaways, but result is always the same Offer is always something from the click bank that has high conversion,…no sales.Don’t have a clue why?
I thought I knew a few things about marketing, but the more businesses I joined, I finally had to admit I’m pretty much a newbie. I slave over an ad and headline, and I hear about other people making tons of money from the same company I belong to, so then I get down as I try so hard, but I honestly don’t think I have enough knowledge about marketing. However, after joining too many companies, I don’t have a lot of money anymore either to invest into learning how to market.
I just don’t know where to start when it come to learning how to market; that’s pretty much it in a nutshell. I’m very, very tired of trying to make money and never making any despite all the hours I spend on here trying to look at videos and figure out how to market.

I started working on my website last August. It’s up and running except for the advertisements. I have submitted for acceptance with over 200 search directories with help but have only been accepted by a couple. My metal words and meta paragraphs don’t exactly match 100% of the time so I’m still working on those. This has cost me thousands of dollars and my wife is disabled and unable to work. She is my right hand on this project but we have to get some cash in. She’s stuck with doing clickbnk, choosing product,setting the site up. She is a member but can’t get pat ist base. Can you help? I am a newbie still looking for a way to start an IM business. I am stuck because of so many systems out there and everyone trying to sell you their’s. I would like to know what you recommend when it comes to anti virus programs, etc. I am currently using Norton 360 which is going to run out very soon. I am reading a lot of bad things about Norton, that it takes a lot of memory, etc., but I really don’t know what the best overall protection is when it comes to viruses, malware, Trojan horses or any kind of malware that could cause my computer to be infected with anything. I was going to renew my subscription with Norton but am not sure if I should now.
